I got Amelia set up on our WordPress site way faster than I thought I would. The setup wizard was straightforward, and I didn’t have to click around forever trying to figure things out.
The onboarding emails and docs came in handy when I got stuck setting up services and staff. I had to retry a couple of small things, but overall it was a really smooth experience.

I ran into an issue setting up Amelia on my site and, to be fair, I was probably overcomplicating it myself. I was clicking around like it was the plugin’s fault, but I clearly missed something in the setup.

Support got back to me way faster than I expected, and thankfully it wasn’t one of those lazy copy-paste answers. They actually looked at what was going on and explained what I needed to change in plain English.

It’s all working now, so I can’t really complain. I’ll blame my own impatience for most of the confusion, but the support team handled it really well...

I’ve been using Amelia for my small business for a bit now, and at first I mostly just wanted something that didn’t make managing appointments feel like another job. There are already enough little things to keep track of during the day, so having a system that clients can use without a bunch of extra messages has been nice.
The part I’ve ended up appreciating most is that the Google Calendar sync has been really reliable. Appointments show up quickly, I’m not constantly checking things manually, and I haven’t run into double booking problems. Setup took me a little while to get right, but once it was done, it pretty much just worked.

My first reaction was that Amelia just made the whole booking thing feel less annoying right away. Before, appointments on my site were a lot more manual than they needed to be.
Customers can pick their own time, reminders go out without me babysitting everything, and I’m not stuck checking emails all day. The calendar sync worked fine for me too, which was a relief.
Setup took a little bit at the start, so I wouldn’t call it instant, but once it was done, it pretty much ran on its own. Happy with it overall.

I found it easy to customize. You can tweak things the way you need without much hassle, which made the whole setup feel simple.

I needed a booking plugin that wouldn’t force me to spend the whole day buried in documentation, i was a little suspicious that Amelia would be one of those tools that looks simple until you actually use it. But it was easy right from the start, and most of the settings were where I expected them to be.
I had my services and calendar up and running in one evening. A few little things had me clicking around longer than I wanted, and I kept wondering if I was missing some hidden complicated step, but overall it’s straightforward and does what I needed.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but connecting Stripe ended up being easy. I don’t think I ran into any real issues, so overall it worked fine for me...

I’ve been using Amelia for a few months now it’s been smooth. Bookings come through like they should, I haven’t had random crashes, and nothing weird has popped up so far. If anything, I blame whoever runs this for making it so drama-free that I barely have anything to complain about.

My snap judgment is that it works well. Most pages loaded quickly, and the booking process felt smooth overall. I only hit one slow moment, but it wasn’t a big deal.

I was setting up Amelia for a client, the documentation made the whole process a lot smoother than I expected. The steps were clear, the screenshots showed up right where I needed them, and I didn’t have to waste time guessing what to do next. When I got stuck, I was able to find answers quickly too. Compared to a lot of plugin docs I’ve dealt with, these were genuinely helpful. My final take: solid documentation that actually saves you time.

I bought it last month, it’s been worth it. The features are kind of simple to figure out, but they actually saved me more time than I thought they would. For what I paid, I can’t really complain.
